ADULT SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASSES
CONTRIBUTORS
The purpose of this class is to have a better understanding of the holy scriptures by using the New International Lessons. Meets in Room 15.
TO BE DISCIPLES
To Be Disciples ("TBD") is an intergenerational class with people from many different ages and authentic walks of life. The class focuses on tackling different studies all relating to God through the Scriptures and has included studies on Noah Built His Ark in the Sunshine, Secrets of the Vine, Billy Graham's The Holy Spirit and The Andy Griffith Sunday School Series as well as the studies focused directly on the Scriptures. The class is taught by Lottie Bash and other occasional guest teachers.
Additionally, TBD is proud of its members' active participation in worship, administrative duties, mission work, congregational care and life of the church. A theme of the class may be said to be a group of people forming a support network to springboard into the world - in other words, the TBD class is called to be friends to one another.
TBD will start a new study at 9:15 am on Sunday Mornings in Room 4 on October 19 entitled "The Greatest Sermons Ever Preached". This is open to all.
All are invited to come, visit and join us in Room 4. Please call Lottie Bash at 445-3702 for more information or questions.
GLEANERS
Adults of various ages who come together to glean the truth from God's Word. This class uses a lecture type presentation with discussion encouraged. Meets in Room 7.
RUTH WEEGO ADULT CLASS
The purpose of the group is to increase our knowledge of the Holy Scriptures and understand the message of God's presence in our lives. Meets in Room 8.
PONDERERS
The Ponderers “ponder” lessons from Seasons of the Spirit each week. This material follows the lectionary so that the experiences in our Worship Services are enhanced. Because this is the same curriculum that the children and youth are using, family discussions are more meaningful. This class is made up of all ages and discussions are usually quite lively.
If you are ready to step into Sunday School but don’t feel that you know enough or feel apprehensive, then this is the place for you. You will be welcomed with open arms and can participate as much or as little as you feel comfortable with.
The Ponderers meet in the Chapel at 9:15 each Sunday morning.
MOSAIC
Young Adult Sunday School Class at HDUMC share thoughts, struggles, & questions. Join us in Room 18 Sundays @ 9:15 AM.

YOUTH SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASSES
Have you ever wondered how what the pastor says in worship applies to your life? Do you sometimes wonder what the Scriptures even mean? Then join a group of friends you haven’t met yet and let’s figure it out!
Gather with other people your age (either Middle School or High School) to explore and discuss, in depth, the readings we hear in the worship service using Seasons of the Spirit. We’ll listen to music, read literature, and behold beautiful artwork to help increase our understanding of and appreciation for God’s Word. Finally, by taking a look at current events, we’ll find ways to apply The Word to our daily lives.
So, join us this Sunday at 9:15 for a fun way to make sense of it all! We’re in rooms 11 and 13 in the Chapel.
